After a long period of silence due to the pandemic, the Cambria Chorale is ready to take the stage once again. It has been a long time coming, and everyone is excited to share their voices in song with the community. The Chorale will be performing at the Community Presbyterian Church on the Sunday afternoons of June 12 and June 19. Please save the dates and participate in a program of great songs selected by musical director Ed Hughes.
The Chorale currently is seeking new singers to join the group. Anyone who likes to sing and is fully vaccinated and boosted is welcome to join. Bass singers in particular are welcomed and needed. Chorale members are also members of the Joslyn Center. Members contribute to the Chorale with their voices and to the Center with minimum membership dues. There are no auditions to join the Chorale, but reading music is a plus. A genuine desire to sing is all a person considering membership needs.
The Chorale meets every Tuesday morning at the Joslyn Center from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. The Chorale hopes to welcome new singers to this fun-loving musical group. For more information, please visit the Chorale website (cambriachorale.org) send an email inquiry (publicity@cambriachorale.org).
